เกจวัดแรงดันน้ําไทวัสดุ has been working with BAE Systems to improve a collection of A-range actuators to IQ3 actuators which function penstocks controlling motion of ships between the sea and transitional locks and dry docks at Her Majesty’s Naval Base Portsmouth (HMNB Portsmouth).
A series of A-range actuators had reached the end of their operational life after long service in a difficult setting. เกจ์วัดความดัน wanted to retain all the benefits of electric actuators, so IQ3 actuators have been chosen. These needed to be specially adapted by Rotork to beat issues round confined spaces and difficult entry.
IQ3 actuators and IS gearboxes have been mechanically adapted so that each actuator and gearbox might be manually operated without entering the confined space. Rotork designed special hand auto levers and thru drive mechanisms for the actuator and gearbox to get rid of the necessity for confined space entry.
Actuators within the IQ vary are watertight, offering ingress safety to IP66/68 at 20 m for 10 days. They have a sophisticated twin stacked display with configurable information logger performance, and an absolute place sensor supplies reliability and accuracy.
