A heroic police officer rescued a bedridden aged woman from a burning townhouse on Thonglor 25 in Bangkok, and both escape unharmed.
The fire broke out yesterday, prompting a web-based video that showed a daring rescue by a police officer who carried a bedridden elder girl out of the burning building to safety. The police officer recognized in the video is Chusak Saengruji, the deputy station chief at Thonglor Police Station.
Chusak recounted the incident, stating that he had obtained a report and instantly investigated the scene with the inspection group. It took them three minutes to succeed in the location, which was a related townhouse, and so they were conscious that somebody was trapped inside and unable to go away.
Believing the trapped individual can be in peril if they delayed, Chusak determined to enter the smoke-filled home, braving the flames. Inside, he discovered the elder girl gasping for air whereas struggling to help herself. In that second, he made the decision to carry her out of the burning home and handed her over to rescue officers, who safely transported her to a hospital.
Netizens expressed their admiration for Chusak within the video, applauding his braveness and fast motion that saved the woman’s life. Research showed gratitude to all of the emergency service personnel involved in managing the incident. Chusak Saengruji later shared images of the occasion, stating, “I was just doing my obligation.”
